

ESRM is currently involved in a number of initiatives across the Gascoyne and Pilbara regions of Western Australia. The initiatives are aimed at raising awareness and capacity to mange lands in an ecologically responsible way whilst maintaining or improving productivity.

The
ESRM team are currently:
- Continuing work on our new projects funded by Rangelands NRM WA - ESRM in the Fortescue and ESRM in Lake MacLeod.
- Continuing property visits within the Lake Mcleod and Fortescue River catchments with participating properties.
- Participating in the 'Pilbara BeefUp Forum' an MLA initiative in Port Hedland for the launch of the 'Pilbara Pastoral Businesses Benchmarking Report'.
- Attending "On the Ecology of WA's Arid Zone" conference at UWA in June.

ESRM is an integrated project that aims to streamline delivery of information, R & D, training, investment and funding to pastoral properties and rangelands communities. ESRM works closely with the pastoralist driven groups aimed at developing an ecologically sustainable, profitable and respected pastoral community.
